AYURVEDA YOGA IMMERSION

FOR TEACHERS + THOSE IN TRAINING

Immersion: 3rd - 6th September 2026 - IN ESSEX

Assessments: 28th September

This Ayurveda Yoga immersion is designed for qualified yoga teachers and those in-training who are looking to add greater depth, structure and purpose to their teaching practice.

Blending supported self-inquiry with theory and in-person training, you’ll learn how to integrate key Ayurvedic principles into your offerings, allowing you to support your clients in a more therapeutic and intentional way.

The course covers the foundational teachings of Ayurveda, including its lineage and philosophy, doshic theory (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), the Five Elements and how we perceive them, alongside daily rituals and seasonal living practices to cultivate balance, vitality and resilience both on and off the mat.

“THIS IS FOR THE YOGA TEACHER WHO KNOWS THE BODY IS SACRED, WHO SENSES THERE’S MORE TO THIS PATH THAN POSTURES, AND WHO IS READY TO EMBODY A PRACTICE THAT HEALS .”

DEPTH

By learning the foundations of Ayurveda, you’ll be able to craft yoga practices that weave intelligent themes and therapeutic sequencing with appropriate asana, breath-work and meditation.

You’ll also explore how to adapt your tone, language and make use of space-setting with fragrance, music and ambience to elevate your teaching and create an immersive experience for your students.

STRUCTURE

This course encourages you to move away from last-minute planning or random class structures by offering a practical framework to anchor your teaching with cohesion and purpose.

Through a blend of theory and embodied practice, you’ll learn how to build intentional classes that align with the seasons, the Elements or specific themes, creating experiences that resonate more deeply with your students and offer them tools they can carry into everyday life.

PURPOSE

By offering your students teachings that blend the wisdom of Ayurveda with the practical tools of Yoga, you will be able to create a therapeutic, holistic system that supports real-life wellbeing.

Your teaching not only becomes more intentional and useful but also elevates the way you hold space. Sharing from a place of authenticity and purpose can also enrich your own experience as a facilitator, keeping you inspired, connected and rooted to your why.

Meet your Facilitator

“When I first started teaching 8 years ago, I was eager and passionate. I wanted to teach all the fast paced, power classes with challenging asanas, complicated dynamic flows and varied themes. My teaching matched my lifestyle: urgent, scattered and with little opportunity for rest. Oh how things have changed.

When I began studying Ayurveda in 2020, I questioned everything. How I was showing up in the world, what I wanted to share and I began wondering who my classes were actually serving? Was I teaching for my students or myself? Were my offerings useful or a bit shallow?

Now I teach from an embodied, practical and intentional place. Each sequence, asana, word, fragrance and theme I share is rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda to serve my clients purposefully.”
