Working 1:1 with a qualified Ayurveda practitioner who is invested in your health and overall wellbeing, is an empowering process. This 3 month programme will provide personalised support and accountability, integrating Ayurveda-informed practices to help you rediscover yourself.
In our first session we often use traditional methods and in-depth health assessments to identify your unique mind-body type and any current health imbalances.
You'll receive a comprehensive treatment plan with a nutrition protocol, tailored food sheet, seasonal recipes, achievable lifestyle recommendations, grounding rituals + recommended home remedies.
Monthly 1hr check-ins and weekly content rich emails will keep you motivated and provide staggered ‘lessons’ to help aid your journey; plus you will have access to recorded resources including morning movement, deep rest sessions, guided meditations and yoga nidra audios.

We generally have 3 different skin types- so in this consultation we look at your skin and it’s unique needs.
Once we have a protocol in place for dietary changes and herbal support, we review your daily skincare rituals and will recommend suitable natural products.
Ayurveda can help with general skincare as well as specific conditions such as eczema, acne, dry skin, rosacea, psoriasis
