Join this 3-Day Mind-Body Reset, led by qualified Ayurvedic practitioner Charlotte, and step into Autumn feeling grounded, calmer, with clarity of thought and focus. This is a chance to simplify meals, nourish your body with supportive remedies and embrace daily practices that align with the season’s rhythms.

Autumn is ruled by Vata dosha (Space + Air), a time of transition, movement and creativity. Its dry, cool, light, and mobile qualities can create imbalances such as anxiety, restlessness, dry skin, digestive issues, and sleep disturbances if not grounded with supportive practices.

A seasonal reset is the perfect remedy. It allows your body to recalibrate, strengthen and restore. By the end of the three days, you’ll experience enhanced digestion, improved taste, better elimination and a renewed sense of strength and vitality ready to take on the Winter months.

The cleanse is set over 3 days (guided Thursday 10th - Saturday 12th September) with 2 days to prepare and 1 day to integrate afterwards. You are welcome to add extra days or to do the cleanse on other more convenient days but please note if you do this, it will be unguided.

Charlotte Grace

Charlotte is a qualified Ayurveda Diet + Lifestyle Consultant on a mission to help those who feel overworked, burnt out and stressed, reclaim their right to a balanced, vibrant life. Working closely with her clients, she intelligently applies the ancient principles of Ayurveda and Yoga, using food as medicine, herbs, rituals and practices to remedy life’s challenges.

She lives her own life prioritising simplicity and balance guided by the seasons, growing her own medicinal herbs, foraging with friends, spending time in nature, creating tinctures and potions and moving with intention. She works as an Ayurvedic practitioner, a movement coach and retreat facilitator and chef, travelling all over the world, though the Essex marshland where she lives has her heart.
