A retreat to be tended to and held

This is my most nurturing and LUXURIOUS retreat to date. Think soft mornings, silent moments, grounding practices and deep rest. You’ll receive a carefully curated Ayurveda self-care kit that we’ll use each day for daily rituals and you’ll have two treatments during the week to envelop your body with the gift of touch by our skilful practitioners.

Each day will lead you deeper into rested states to soothe the soul with guided meditation, breath-work and yoga, daily tonics, as well as hands-on workshops to make tinctures, remedies and learn how to incorporate Ayurvedic practices to support yourself at home.

Our Retreat Facilities

Deep within the Nevern Valley, our retreat venue is nestled amongst an ancient sessile oak woodland. Here, our four cottages are arranged in two pairs – one named Hiraeth, the other Huckleberry. WHilst being rural, we are not far from the Pembrokeshire coastline and stunning array of quiet beaches.

The estate features hot tubs, a fire pit nook for ceremonies and hot chocolate gatherings, a beautiful treatment room, a sauna and open-air baths with views of the river that runs at the bottom of the grounds for dips and kingfisher spotting.

The vibe is very much Welsh homestead meets Scandi health club, and I am so excited to share it with you!

Meet your retreat host

For the past eight years, Charlotte has been guiding retreats as both a facilitator and chef, helping people slow down, reconnect with nature and realign with what truly matters. Trained in Ayurveda, Yoga, Pilates and Forest Therapy, she weaves together ancient wisdom and modern movement modalities to support overworked, burnt out and disconnected bodies and minds.

Charlotte’s approach is rooted in the power of simplicity, using food as medicine, herbs as remedies, connecting mindful movement with deep rest, and living in alignment with the seasons. She spends her time in between retreats, working 1:1 with clients, growing her own medicinal herbs, being outdoors as much as possible, creating tinctures and moving with intention.

As an Ayurvedic practitioner, movement coach and retreat facilitator, Charlotte travels the world sharing her work, though her heart belongs to the wild beauty of the Essex marshland that she calls home.
