After having the most beautiful time in Ahangama hosting our first retreat in Sri Lanka this year, it was a total no-brainer to return to this magical island in 2026.
March is the perfect time too, as the combination of daily yoga practices, local exploring, unreal food, grounding Ayurveda rituals, and of course, getting away from daily chores and responsibilities is the perfect antidote to a long winter.
SO MARCH 2026..
Our retreat home is S-T-U-N-N-I-N-G. Tucked away in a tranquil jungle sanctuary in Dikwella in southern Sri Lanka, but only 10 minutes away from the golden shores of the vibrant beach town, Hiriketiya, it has the best of both worlds. You can decide on the day what vibe best suits your mood.
Our full itinerary is there for you to dip in and out of, so you can either go all-in on the yoga, safari and cultural experiences, or opt out and gift yourself with as much free time for solo exploring as you want.

Meet your retreat host
“Travelling and hosting a retreat in Sri Lanka this year was an absolute dream. What a beautiful country! The food was unreal, the favours and the spices we’re just perfection and the climate was exactly what my soul was craving after such a long, grey Winter. There was so much to do, explore and experience, and being able to share Ayurveda practices in a place where it is still such an integral part of life, was magical. Coming back in 2026 is a no-brainer. I cannot wait to get back.”
