3 Day Reset

Welcome to your fully supported 3-day at-home Ayurveda Reset. I have designed this experience to offer your body and mind a little nurturing and support whilst we find ourselves at this in-between stage as we transition from Late Winter (Vata) to Early Spring (Kapha).

I gently offer this reminder to you before we start:

This is not about restriction.

We are not on a dramatic cleanse.

The purpose of this is not to be hungry.

This is a guided recalibration and a gentle reset.

  • Although our reset formally runs 4-6th March, you will need to take a few days to gather ingredients, reduce caffeine, alcohol, meat, processed foods and dairy, read through your Reset Guide and prepare your body and mind.

  • This pack contains your recipes, daily checklist and a few practices to help support you through the reset.
